Broad Creative
We're Hiring

Account Services Lead

Who We Are:
Broad is a 100%-women-owned strategy and branding agency with Philly grit and world-class work ethic, here to help clients tell their truth. Founded in a city built on independence and freedom, with a name that nods to both an iconic street and an edgy classification of a woman, Broad is unapologetically authentic in who we are and what we make. Three core values guide our day-to-day operations: potential in everything; intuition is a precious resource; and high standards, low ego.

What does Account Services Lead mean at Broad?
One of our mantras at Broad is, “we’ve got range, you’ve got us.” True to our innate nature as women, we enjoy wearing multiple hats within a professional setting, and seek someone who feels the same. We see this role sitting at the apex of account management, project management, and business development. Your main responsibility will be facilitation of client and project relationships, with an eye for fostering new business opportunities. A hospitality mindset is a core tenet of our business and we strive to provide clients (and team members) with warm, direct, and attentive service across every touchpoint—at a level that matches our high-end deliverables. This role will have you working closely with the agency founding partners during a time of exciting growth. That said, this role is part-time to start, with the intention to grow into a full-time team member as we assess fit and capabilities.

Broad is an independent and growing start-up, and we’re actively building our business development capabilities as well.  This role will be 75% account management as well as 25% new business development—you should have a strategic eye for both business opportunities with existing clients as well as a lens for overall agency sales and outreach.

  • Advocate for Client business needs & requirements with internal project team, ensuring high quality and value-driven work is being delivered.

  • Collaborate with creative directors to develop sound creative briefs, project plans, and timelines.

  • Identify any potential challenges or flags throughout the project and navigate communications + solutions gracefully.

New Business Support

  • Work with co-founders to expand the services footprint of current clients.

  • Contribute to existing client portfolio growth by proactively identifying new opportunities with key clients.

  • Someone willing to work on EST. We operate remote-first, with a studio in Queen Village, Philadelphia.

  • Someone with a pulse on culture, trends, and the world around you. We embrace how outside-of-work passions can be woven into ideas and executions.
